Building an Window Store Quiz application.

I have to make a window store QUIZ application 

i am unable to understand how to pop up question from the database and 4 option and then if a user select an option he moves onto the next page and hence his result is calculated at the end of the session, so how to store selected question in the database so that his result can be calculated ...no idea how to do it .
